By purchasing a Hawaii Block Party wristband or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General Use
Hawaii Block Party provides access to participating venues through a single wristband for a specific event date. All access is subject to venue capacity, rules, and local regulations.
Wristband Policy
Wristbands are valid for one night only unless otherwise stated
Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event
Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands will not be replaced
Wristbands are non-transferable once redeemed
Entry and Venue Access
Entry to venues is subject to:
Legal age requirements
Venue dress codes and policies
Capacity limits and safety regulations
Venues reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
No Guarantee of Immediate Entry
Hawaii Block Party provides access but does not guarantee immediate entry to any venue. Wait times may vary based on crowd size and venue capacity.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by law or in the event of full cancellation of the event.
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly. Any illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from venues without refund.
Liability
Hawaii Block Party is not responsible for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property
Actions of third-party venues or participants
Participation is at your own risk.
Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify event details, participating venues, or schedules at any time. In case of cancellation, further instructions will be provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, and visuals, is the property of Hawaii Block Party and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
